Lucas joined D’Allessandro Corp. in 2018. His position encompasses overseeing the general administration functions of the organization as well as all human resource functions. With over 12 years of experience, he has held various HR related positions bringing a wide array of knowledge. Lucas believes in fostering great relationships with all employees, helping to ensure a positive and open communication environment for all. Lucas holds a BS in Human Resource Management from UMass Dartmouth. A resident of New Bedford MA, Lucas enjoys time with his friends and family. He also enjoys vacations, going to the gym, trying new restaurants, and keeping busy around the house.
